What warranty does my Blitzwolf product have?
All our products come with the following warranties.
- 30 day satisfaction guarantee. BlitzWolf is committed to providing the ultimate customer experience, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with what you received you can return it to us no questions asked for a full refund.
Bear in mind that we will not refund any return shipping that you pay to send the item back to us.
- 18 month warranty for quality related issues. If you experience any manufacturing fault within 18 months of purchase we will offer you full refund or replacement of the original item you ordered. Occasionally due to the nature of some problems we might ask you to return the product to us. Any return shipping will be reimbursed if the product is covered by our warranty.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Purchases from resellers; contact them for their warranty policy.
- Misuse and damage occurring after it was received.
- Failure to follow operating instructions.
- Opening, modifying or tampering with the product.
- Claims made after 18 months from the date of purchase will not be covered by warranty.
Purchased your Blitzwolf product from somewhere else?
The warranty and support will be covered by the retailer/seller you purchased it from, we recommend you contact the retailer/seller you purchased from and ask for their warranty policy.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Please check the product details and manual to be sure the item is not functioning correctly and then contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem, your date of purchase and order number. Our friendly staff will quickly process your request and let you know the whole process.
