1.Maximum Resolution:

The maximum resolution output by the docking station depends on whether the USB-C interface of the laptop supports DisplayPort 1.2, DisplayPort 1.4 or DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC (Display Stream Compression) function.

2.The USB-C interface of the computer must support the DisplayPort 1.4 function with DSC.

The video expansion function of this product is realized by DisplayPort Alternate Mode (ie DP Alt-Mode) technology. If the video cannot be extended to an external display, please check whether the USB-C port of the laptop computer supports DP Alt-Mode.
